I did a thing

After reading You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero, I decided to refinance my car and take out a loan in order to open this business. I have been dreaming about for years but have never had the guts, or the money, to do anything about it. Well, I finally did, and I’m working my ass off to start big, because I know it is worth it and I know that this business is going to do great things.

Mixing my two greatest passions together- working with individuals with disabilities and pouring handmade soy candles- I believe that I have something to offer to our community. One, some really awesome, natural, and hearty candles. Two, and most importantly, job opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

I only started this about one week ago, and we already have 3 craft shows/ Christmas Bazaars booked for the month of December. I foresee many, many, more to come, and hope to branch out to other events as well. I am in a positive thinking mode, and know that’s important to stay successful and driven— both of which are my main focuses within this business. :)
