Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Typically, orders are delivered within 7-14 days, including processing and shipping time. However, as a company that employs individuals with disabilities, we want to acknowledge that occasional delays may occur. Our team members are learning valuable skills, require frequent breaks, and attend various daytime events. Their work with Sparked Candles is on a volunteer basis, and we appreciate your patience and support as we prioritize an inclusive and empowering work environment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We ship all orders via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight. Below are our standard shipping rates:

  • 0 - 2 lbs: USPS First-Class Mail – $10.00

  • 2.01 - 4 lbs: USPS Priority Mail – $15.00

  • 4.01 - 6 lbs: USPS Priority Mail – $19.00

  • 6.01 - 10 lbs: USPS Priority Mail – $22.00

  • 10+ lbs: USPS Priority Mail or Flat Rate – $27.00

Candle Weights:

  • Large candles weigh approximately 1 lb 4 oz each.

  • Medium candles weigh approximately 0.75 lbs each.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays & Issues:
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, incorrect shipping addresses, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience a delay, please first check your tracking information and contact USPS if necessary.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages but will help guide you through the claim process.

Local Pickup:
At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped via USPS.
